Meet Dr. Stephanie Ridgway

Hi, I’m Stephanie, a physical therapist, lifelong athlete, and mom of five. Movement has been at the center of my life since childhood and has grown with me through the years. First in the pool as a collegiate swimmer, then pounding the pavement as a runner.

After 24 marathons across 18 states (and a few Disney races for fun), I know firsthand how frustrating it feels to be sidelined by pain. Enter: physical therapy.

My journey into physical therapy began with a fascination with how the body works and a desire to help people move without pain. Now, with a doctorate and more than a decade of experience, I’ve made it my mission to simplify rehab and strength training so it actually fits into real life. After all, as a mom, I get how busy the days are and how precious time is. When I’m not running or working with patients, you’ll find me baking and decorating cakes, planning our next family adventure, or chasing after my crew.

At the end of the day, I believe movement is medicine, and that you don’t have to settle for pain. I’m here to help you recover, get stronger, and move forward with confidence. So, what do you say? Let’s get started!
