Hey, there! I’m Dr. Stephanie Ridgway, but you can call me Steph. I’m a physical therapist, mom of 5, and runner, here to help you move through life with less pain and more confidence. With a background in orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy (or PT for short!), I combine clinical expertise with real-life experience to create movement programs that are practical, effective, and fit into your busy day because I get it.
