  • Yes! The workouts we do typically use resistance bands, a step, a set of light and heavy dumbbells, and a ball of some kind.

  •  Absolutely! The program starts at a beginner level but if you are having significant pain in your hip, I would suggest starting with the Hip Pain Program instead and then moving to this one.

  • I don’t! But remember, your health is of the utmost importance and investing in it now can help prevent other (more expensive) injuries later.

  • Yes! All of my workouts are meant to be done at home with minimal equipment required.
