About Me

Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm a physical therapist, competitive runner, former collegiate swimmer, and mom of 4. I love helping runners and active adult achieve their goals!

I have been a physical therapist for 12 years and I love helping people overcome injuries and get back to their sport or activity. I have been a runner and a swimmer since I was little and I've always been fascinated by movement. I thought for a long time that I wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon, but changed my min when I did some observation hours with a physical therapist. I loved using movement to treat injuries. I went to Calvin College and got my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and then went on to get my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University.

I swam in college and then decided I wanted to run more after I graduated. I ran my first marathon in 2010 and qualified for the Boston Marathon. I then decided I wanted to run a marathon in all 50 states. I have currently run 24 marathons in 18 states and I'm working towards that goal.

I currently work virtually with clients across the world to create strength and injury prevention programming. I want to provide individualized care to as many people as I possibly can!
